What data do we process?
The website is designed to limit data collection. At this stage, it does not include account creation, an online shop or a Flying customer service form.
When you contact us
If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to provide, including your email address, the content of your message and, where applicable, your contact details or professional information.
Technical data
As with any website, hosting may require the processing of technical data necessary for the security and operation of the service, such as the IP address, the date and time of a request, or technical information relating to the browser.
Why do we use this data?
Data sent by email is used to respond to your request and follow up on our exchanges. The legal basis depends on the nature of the request: pre-contractual measures or performance of a contract where it concerns a commercial relationship, or Egomaster SASU’s legitimate interest in responding to other enquiries and managing its professional relationships.
Strictly necessary technical data is processed to ensure the operation, integrity and security of the website.
Recipients
Data is accessible only to people who need it within Egomaster SASU and, where necessary for the operation of the website, to its technical service providers, including the hosting provider IONOS.
When you use an external service through a link — for example Blackrock Games, Board Game Arena or a video platform — you leave The Flying Games website and the privacy rules of the relevant service apply.
Retention period
Data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, then deleted or archived where regulations require a retention period. Business correspondence may in particular be retained for the periods necessary to manage the relationship and comply with legal obligations.
Analytics and cookies
The analytics solution for the new website has not yet been finalised. No tool requiring consent will be activated before the appropriate consent mechanism is in place.
Details of the trackers actually used and the ways to manage your choices will be provided on the Cookies page before the website goes live.
Your rights
Depending on the processing concerned, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where the applicable conditions are met, data portability. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.
To exercise your rights: david@theflyinggames.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
Updates
This policy may be updated to reflect the features and service providers actually used by the website.
